I am working with one of the largest employee owned national electrical distributors to help them hire an experienced Gear Guru to take over the leadership and strategic direction of their Square D Business Development Managers. There are several direct reports throughout the region which includes KY, Western PA, Western NY and Ohio. This role will be responsible for building out the business plan and setting forth the strategy to help the Business Development Managers grow the Square D business. These managers act as the liaison between Square D and field, working with outside sales to help them land more large project business and to help value engineer those bids to add value to the customer in a strategic overlay to the field in all things gear with exception of quotes or project management. If you’re working for Square D, you’d be great, but experience in sales from any of the major gear manufacturers would be outstanding.
