I’m recruiting for a General Manager for one of the largest independent electrical distributors in the country to recruit an experienced General Manager to run their Baltimore business. This role will hold P&L responsibility for over $100M (half of the company’s total revenue) as well as providing leadership to a very large team managed through experienced sales and operations managers who primarily serve the commercial markets in the greater Baltimore area. Their preference is to bring in someone with a strong operations and finance background, solid management experience and if we’re lucky, prior sales experience in the contractor market would be great, but not mandatory. They are willing to relocate the right candidate into this market.
