I’ve been hired by a lighting manufacturer that is looking to hire a VP of Sales for their C&I channel. They are looking for someone that can manage their RSM’s and rep agencies as well as their distribution channel. They need someone that can hold sales people accountable and grow sales. This person will report directly to the president as part of their executive team and have full P&L responsibility. They must be strong at running and analyzing reports, forecasting, and driving sales through new business development.
