Search Definition

We work closely with the hiring authority and key decision makers to understand the search requirements, company culture, and specific metrics of success for the new candidate.

Search Summary

A detailed summary of the position’s duties, responsibilities, goals, and ideal attributes is prepared for approval by the client. The focus is on the key factors for the new candidate to be successful.

Research

A list of potential candidates will be prepared via Egret’s database of over 120,000 contacts within the industry, referrals and other resources.

Recruitment & Qualification

Egret contacts the individuals to set up interviews and discuss qualifications, accomplishments, cultural fit, financial expectations, and interest.

Presentation

On average, 2–4 candidates are identified and presented to our clients, including a summary of the interviews, their resume, salary expectations, and degree verification (when applicable).

Interviews

Egret handles the coordination of all interview activities and logistics with each candidate.

Offer Presentation

We assist in preparing and presenting the offer and counseling the candidate through resignation, counteroffers, relocation and transitional issues.

Follow-up

Our recruiter stays in contact with every placed candidate throughout the first 6 months, and continues to check in with them on each anniversary.
