Pati is working with a wire & cable manufacturer in the Atlanta, GA area who needs a Plant Manager. This person will manage a plant of 500 employees with 8 direct reports. This position would manage operations, materials, EHS, engineering and maintenance, quality, and lean management. This is a 24/7 operation.

Skills:

• Required a Bachelor’s Degree – Industrial Engineering preferred
• 5+ years in leadership role in manufacturing
• Knowledge of SAP
• Experience in copper building wire experience is a huge plus
• Problem solving background
• Focus is on Customer Service On Time in Full delivery, Safety, Quality, Scrap reduction and updating of the plant with capital investment
• Managing a diverse team
