I’m representing a lighting manufacturer who is looking to hire a remote Customer Service Representative to manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly from reps, dealers, and end-users.

My client is a smaller but growing innovative company with a strong reputation and a fun work environment/ culture. We are looking for someone able to handle fast-paced technological environments with strong communication skills and a background in lighting customer service. Experience in Zendesk and Google Suite/ Gmail is a plus!

Required Skills/ Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Experience managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Experience in the lighting industry working with reps, dealers, and end-users.
  • A positive, calm, and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication via phone and email and organizational skills.

Compensation Information:

  • Full time, work-from-home “remote” position.
  • Target compensation = $20/hour.
