4893 – Customer Service Representative
I’m representing a lighting manufacturer who is looking to hire a remote Customer Service Representative to manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly from reps, dealers, and end-users.
My client is a smaller but growing innovative company with a strong reputation and a fun work environment/ culture. We are looking for someone able to handle fast-paced technological environments with strong communication skills and a background in lighting customer service. Experience in Zendesk and Google Suite/ Gmail is a plus!
Required Skills/ Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Experience managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Experience in the lighting industry working with reps, dealers, and end-users.
- A positive, calm, and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication via phone and email and organizational skills.
- Full time, work-from-home “remote” position.
- Target compensation = $20/hour.
