Pati is looking for an Engineering Manager in the Dallas Texas area, relocation is available. The company is a manufacturer of low and high temperature cable including CAT5 and CAT6 cable. They are looking for someone to be responsible for research and development of new products, process improvements and cost reduction.

Skills:

• Degree in an engineering field, bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5 Years Wire & Cable manufacturing experience or 10 years in other manufacturing
• 5 Years experience in a management position
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in product design
• Strong leadership, organization, teaching, and communication skills
• Lean manufacturing experience (i.e. Kaizen, 5S, VSM, Six Sigma, etc.)
