Business is booming & they need someone with a proven track record of leadership & handling a large book of business. You must be able to read blueprints & provide estimates. You will also be managing 7 other PM’s across multiple locations. This position reports directly to the president so this is your time to shine! They’re offering a competitive salary, in the $100-$120K+ range, plus a percentage of the profits of the jobs you oversee.
