I am representing an industry leading manufacturer of custom transformers and inductors that is seeking a Chief Engineer. This is a hands-on Design and Leadership role. You will lead the Engineering Department in research, development, design, drafting, and testing of new and improved products. You will also be responsible for design modifications and new product development.

This person will be the technology leader to look at process improvement, as well as leading the organization into the future from a technology standpoint.

Work as the team leader overseeing projects, problems, and solutions, providing guidance and growth to the engineering team. Research and recommend components, material, and equipment selections. Assist in maintaining customer relations. Evaluate and train the engineering team. Develop, maintain, and supervise quality systems. Work with the Sales team in developing bid information.

Transformer experience is ideal, however a candidate with strong MV Switchgear design experience would also be a great fit!

Targeted salary: $150k
