HR Manager for US Subsidiary of a Successful Global LED Lighting Manufacturer – IL USA (not remote)

Our global lighting manufacturer is looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager based in Illinois.

The US operation is multistate, approx. 60 people and growing.

You must be experienced in all HR functions including ability to:

Oversee recruitment and new hire onboarding

Provide communications internally on all HR related matters.

Conduct performance reviews

Assist with payroll and benefits management

Implement and update HR policies to ensure compliance with Federal and State law

You will also have:

A Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience

5+ years’ experience in Human Resources

Demonstrated expertise training managers and other employees

Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills

Attention to detail, tact discretion, and good judgement

Salary range offered is $70-$100,000, based on experience, with attractive bonus potential.
