Pati is working with a fast-growing cable company in Parsippany, New Jersey who is looking for an Inside Sales Manager. They will join a team to help call on OEM and distribution channel partners. They sell and design and produce specialty cables for sectors like Steel, Automation, Security, Port & Cranes, Mining and Oil & Gas. This is IN OFFICE Monday – Friday.

Skills:

• Manage a team of 5 inside sales.
• Must have experience of 3-5 years managing an inside sale team.
• Create and establish sales plan for the team goals.
• Hold the team accountable for sales goals.
• Create a training program for the inside sales team.

Salary $85-100,000 base + commission
