I am partnering with a rapidly growing global manufacturer of electrical power distribution products that is seeking a Channel / Distribution Sales & Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth through partnerships with top-tier national distributors.

The geographic responsibility is the Western US. The candidate may be remote within the region.

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic growth and build strong customer relationships within the region, focusing on Medium and Low Voltage Switchgear, Transformers, and related power distribution solutions.

This is critical position and a result of continued growth. In the role, you will have an exciting and trailblazing opportunity to increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue for the organization while managing existing clients & sales networks and finding potential new customers, presenting to them, and ultimately converting them into clients. You will join an A+ team with amazing leadership as you grow the business with the support, resources, and products of a $23B global organization behind you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic relationships with major national and corporate-level distributors to increase market share.
  • Design and implement scalable Channel/Distribution sales strategies to drive revenue growth across target territories.
  • Develop and execute targeted strategies to accelerate business growth in new and existing markets for Medium and Low Voltage Switchgear, Transformers, and related products.


If you have experience in external sales, business development, and channel sales with power distribution products and a proven history of performance at the national or corporate level with major electrical distributors (Rexel, Graybar, Sonepar, CED, Wesco) – Let’s talk!

Familiarity with MV / LV Switchgear, Pad-Mount Transformers, and related power equipment is a MUST!

The company is experiencing exponential growth in Data Centers, Grid Optimization, and BESS applications and continues to serve OEM, End User, Industrial and Electrical Contractor markets as well.
