Our company, a growing family-owned electrical distributor, is seeking a General Manager to oversee four regional branches across Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana. This is a key senior leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, sales growth, and profitability while maintaining the people-first culture that has fueled our success.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Leadership – Develop and execute the regional business plan, ensuring financial targets are met.
Sales & Customer Growth – Manage outside and inside sales teams, drive revenue and gross margin growth, and build key customer relationships.
Operational Excellence – Oversee inventory, logistics, and process improvements across four branches.
Team Leadership – Mentor and develop a high-performing team, ensuring a positive and results-driven work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 5+ years in a management role within wholesale supply or distribution.
P&L Management: Proven track record overseeing a $50-100M multi-branch operation.
Leadership: Experience managing a direct team of 9+, including outside sales, inside sales, and warehouse operations.
Industry Knowledge: Strong background in electrical, industrial, or related distribution sectors preferred.
