I am partnering with a leading global manufacturer of automation products and solutions that is seeking a Sales Engineer.
The HVAC Sales Engineer will be specializing in Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). This is a role that develops new HVAC OEM customers to promote and sell the company’s VFD offerings throughout the nation. This role is pivotal in driving sales and ensuring customers receive tailored, efficient, and effective VFD solutions for their HVAC systems.
You will be responsible for developing new OEM clients and promoting / selling / supporting VFD solutions. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge of HVAC systems and VFDs, alongside sales and customer service skills to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development: Prospect, identify and develop new business opportunities for VFD solutions in HVAC systems.
Technical Expertise: Provide expert advice on VFD applications within HVAC systems, including energy savings and efficiency improvements.
Customer Support: Offer pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients.
Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the engineering and applications team to ensure solutions meet customer needs.
Qualifications / Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years HVAC Solution Sales experience with End Users and OEM customers.
