A long-standing architectural lighting design firm, with long employee tenure, is looking for a Principal to join them as they continue to expand! If you have strong business development skills to further strengthen their relationships with their existing clients and also help bring in new business, this is a great opportunity for you! You’ll manage the lighting design team, recruit new designers, manage documentation, QA/QC and be responsible for analyzing and reporting on the cost, efficiency and profit metrics of the firm.
