Mechanical Design Engineer – NY / NJ – 4867

I am representing a leading manufacturer of custom Panelboards and Service and Distribution Switchboards. We are seeking a proven Mechanical Design Engineer to join an exceptional engineering team.

• Prepare drawings for customer use and for the company’s manufacturing operations
• Design sheet metal parts, steel framework and supports / brackets for manufacturing
• Design copper bus bar configurations for manufacturing
• Familiarity with UL891 Switchboards, UL67 Panelboards, and UL50 Boxes
• Basic knowledge of the National Electrical Code
