Do you have a successful track record in sales within the lighting industry working specifically to develop business in the residential builder / multifamily construction channel?

Are you the primary contact for your clients, responsible for driving new business and targeting key accounts, with close relationships with developers, property managers, specifiers, contractors, builders, architects and engineers?

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in lighting sales OR for another architectural product manufacturer.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the builder/multifamily/property management channel.
  • Bachelor’s degree, BA or BS
  • Knowledge of LED technology and products, with the ability to stay up-to-date with the technology
  • Clear understanding of the quotations process and ability to develop a challenging targeted sales plan.
  • Existing strong relationships with Developers, Contractors, Builders, Property Managers, Architects/Engineering Firms.
  • Excellent speaking and presentation skills, representing the Company at Trade Shows and client locations.
  • Well-organized, capable of working remotely and effectively, managing multiple projects/relationships.
  • Self-motivated active professional who enjoys building relationships
  • Ability to plan effectively and travel nationally. There is no limiting specified territory for this position.

In Return:-

  • Base salary around $150K
  • Bonus Plan
