I’m representing multiple clients in the Midwest looking for a several Specification Outside Salespeople to call on Architects, Electrical Engineers, Interior Designers, and Lighting Designers in Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, and Nebraska. Required Skills/ Qualifications:

• 3+ years of related Specification Sales experience in lighting or distribution.
• Strong background working with lighting products and lighting control systems.
• Confidence calling on Architects, Electrical Engineers, Interior Designers, and Lighting Designers.
• Strong leadership skills with a team player attitude.
• A career focus and passion in the lighting industry.
• Willing and accustomed to traveling for work.
• Experience using Agi32 Lighting software is preferred.

Compensation Information:

• Base + Commission Compensation Structure
• Target Base Compensation = $80k – $100k
