Pati is working with an expanding and growing wire & cable manufacturer in the Southeast who needs a Plant Manager. They are looking for a strong leader who can change procedures and build a working team culture. The plant is a 24/7 operation with 400 employees, and they are growing to 600-800 employees in the next 3 years. They have 800,000 square feet of plant production under one roof. They manufacture Low Voltage Cables, Medium Voltage cable and XLPE cables.

Skills:

• Direct and manage plant operations in the achievement of production, cost, quality, and safety objectives. Managing 7-8 direct reports
• Makes recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
• Create a team culture with processes and accountability.
• Implement cost-effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures, and manpower.
• Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards.
• Control and minimize labor, overtime, and scrap expenses.
• Provide for the personal and professional growth of subordinates through coaching, feedback, and opportunity.
• Implements and maintains company manufacturing policies, procedures, and production control programs.
