Current positions in the electrical industry

I am representing a leading and well-respected manufacturer of custom power distribution equipment that is used in some of the largest and most prestigious commercial construction projects in New York City and elsewhere. The company also manufactures switchboards used in EV Charging station applications across the country.

We are seeking a Quality / Test Engineer.

You will create a quality control program to formalize existing processes in place while increasing quality control standards across all product lines, product inspection and testing, updating, and maintaining UL files, develop operation and maintenance manuals, and assist with field service.

If this describes you, we need to talk…

• Familiar with switchboards, switchgear, panelboards
• Minimum of 3-5 Years’ experience with Electrical Testing and Troubleshooting
• Understanding of UL Standards (891, 508/508A, 67, 1558)
• Basic control circuit knowledge, transformer connections and diagrams, knowledge of testing and test equipment (“Megger”…”Fluke”…”Continuity”, etc.)
• Mechanical and electrical inspection of electric power distribution equipment
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (or similar related degree) or someone from the testing industry (NETA Certified Testing)
