I’m representing a rapidly growing Lighting Manufacturer based in California looking to hire a remote Regional Sales Manager to cover the East Coast. This RSM will report directly to the company’s VP of Sales and CEO.

Ideal candidates will have a successful sales background in electrical or lighting manufacturing, a proven track record of building and maintaining long-term business relationships with architects & designers and be located along the East Coast with the ability and willingness to travel.

My client is a smaller, innovative lighting manufacturing company with a strong reputation among their territories and a fun work environment. Most of the team works remotely, creating a collaborative team environment with few distractions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of lighting sales experience and a career focus in the lighting industry.
• Experience working for a Lighting Manufacturer, Rep, or Distributor.
• Excellent organizational skills and communication via phone/ email.
• Sales-driven personality who can thrive in a rapidly growing work environment.
• A passion for aesthetics with the creativity to “paint a picture” with lighting.
• A proven track record of building and maintaining long-term business relationships.
• The ability and willingness to travel, ideally living near a major airport.
• Proficient skills in Gmail and Google Suite.
• Desire to establish and keep strong business relationships.

Compensation Information:

• Full-time, work-from-home “remote” position.
• Target base compensation = $125k+
