Pati is looking for a Regional Sales Manager base on the East coast. They will be responsible for building relationships within the Distribution Channel partners. Working with both National and Regional channel partners. to achieve create a marketing sales plan, product marketing mix and hitting planned sales goals.

Position responsibilities:

• Maintain and Increase sales for the region (East Coast) through distribution and direct accounts by meeting or exceeding set goals at acceptable gross margins for each distribution channel account.
• Develop a strategic annual business plan using analytical information for the territory with input from the VP of Sales to include trend, sales, product statistics, future growth projections, tactics, and strategies with key measurement points to evaluate performance for all channel partners.
• Build relationships with the distribution channel partners.

Essential skills and experience:

• 8-10 years sales experience in the electrical industry within the power cord segment required.
• A bachelor’s degree in business or engineering is highly desirable and a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel at least 50%
• Ability to work with foreign manufacturer with 10h time difference with plants
