Pati has an opportunity for a Sales Director who will create a high-performance sales team thru mentoring, coaching and fostering a culture of accountability. This is a new expanding sales role with a growing well-established commercial and industrial electrical distributor in the West Virginia area. This person has 10 direct reports, 8 Branch Managers and 2 Account Managers. You will help grow sales and create a team that is proactive in driving sales versus being focused on counter sales.

Skills:

• Creating, implementing and monitoring KPI for the team
• Creating a sales process to help with reporting and using technology to improve profitability
• Managing a $8M sales
• Experience in wire & cable/Conduit a plus
• Primary lines : Atkore, Hubbell, Klein, Siemens, Square D, Milbank, Legrand, nVent
• Customers are commercial and industrial contractors
