The role covers all of North America and manages a team of RSM’s. You will travel up to 50% to support the team and the clients, reps and agents.
Strong relationships already within architectural lighting will bring growth opportunities and ensure the company products are promoted effectively within the lighting community.
As well as agencies you will use your excellent relationships with architects, builders and lighting designers to grow the business.
You will need 10+ years’ experience in the industry to make a success of this role, be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of closing profitable deals and have first-class people-management/teambuilding skills.
