Are you a top-performing lighting Outside Sales professional held back by a non-collaborative work environment or big-company red tape looking to join a top-tier hybrid Lighting Rep Agency?

You will assist specifiers calling on Interior Designers, Architects, and Lighting Designers in North Carolina. You will also hold product presentations/ lunch-and-learns to provide product recommendations and collaborate with the internal quotations and project management teams to translate the needs of those specifiers.

Required Skills/ Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in the Electrical/ Lighting industry.
  • Confidence calling on Lighting Interior Designers, Architects, and Engineers.
  • A sales-driven personality with the self-discipline to keep growing.
  • Extensive experience cold calling and building business relationships to last.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Good people skills with a natural ability to read the room.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a team player attitude.

Compensation & Benefits Information:

  • True Base Salary + Commission
  • Target Base Compensation = $90k
  • Hybrid Office (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH)
  • Ability to go Straight to the Top with an Idea/ Issue/ Question
