I have an exciting opportunity to be on the ground floor as a company launches a medium voltage wire plant in the USA. We need a VP Sales – Medium Voltage and must be based in IL with relocation available. This is an opportunity to create the sales strategies, train a sales team and create a new division of a well-established company.
The Vice President Sales – Medium Voltage Products reports to the President and will handle the following responsibilities:
- Leverage the existing team of outside sales representatives to expand the wallet share of existing accounts and develop new customers.
- Manage and grow relationships with investor-owned utilities (IOUs).
- Build medium voltage sales team.
- Analyze current market trends and customer feedback to determine pricing.
- Drive efficient business processes that include monthly and quarterly territory-level reviews that result in action plans to achieve revenue and margin goals and pipeline targets.
- Monthly reporting to the management team including reporting of actual results, forecasting, project management and sales funnel.
- Work closely with Engineering as they develop new products.
Salary is open with bonus, medical, dental, 401K.
