I’ve been hired by a lighting manufacturer in OH that is looking to hire a SVP of Sales to join their executive team and work closely with the CEO. They will develop and lead the sales strategies for the company and develop performance metrics for the sales teams. This is a key position within the company to help drive profitability and increase market share. The SVP will be instrumental in strengthening their sales team, improving the basics, holding sales and customer service accountable, improving their qualification of deals, etc. Relocation is required for this role. This opportunity includes equity.
