Ana joined Egret Consulting in 2022 after spending a year working in electrical distribution in candidate research. Ana works exclusively with wholesale distributors in the Building/Construction Material, Plumbing, HVACR, Industrial & Electrical industry. Ana moved to the United States from Brazil in 2021 and brings a wealth of business experience to the role. She has a degree in Interior Design from Universidade Positivo in Brazil. She has worked with companies as a designer and as a freelances, giving her a unique view of the electrical industry.

Ana truly understands the complexities and nuances of each channel. Areas of expertise include positions that require significant product, customer, or market intelligence tied to all levels of revenues, including sales, branch, operations, purchasing, pricing management, product experts in sales and applications as well as new market penetration.
