Cassandra “Cass” Dahlem joined Egret Consulting in 2021.  She works with Lighting Manufacturers, Rep Agencies, and Distributors across the country, conducting professional searches for entry-level to C-Suite-level roles, including Inside/ Outside Sales, RSM, Marketing, Operations, Product Management, Project Management, Quotations, Engineering, Manager/ Director, and VP positions.

Cass graduated from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2018 on the Presidential Scholarship with a dual degree in Global Management & Finance and Marketing. Following her graduation, before joining Egret, she worked in the Aerospace Industry on Florida’s Space Coast, focusing on sUAS (small unmanned aerial systems) aerial infrared systems for inspections. She worked primarily with the DJI Matrice 210 RTK drone and Zenmuse XT2 thermal sensors, helping privately held and Utility companies nationwide access and understand custom drone systems to perform various functions, including collecting aerial data for utility line and tower inspections. Her expertise as a FLIR certified Thermographer and an sUAS Part 107 Pilot has given her a direct and solid understanding of the Utility Industry.

Cass works with lighting rep agencies, manufacturers, and distributors nationwide. Cass also partners with Public Power Utilities, IOUs, Co-Ops, and Municipalities. She is a member of NAILD (National Association of Innovative Lighting Distributors).

She has successfully placed many industry professional candidates by recognizing and adapting to the challenges of transformational change in the industry and labor market. Cass has developed a strong reputation for building relationships and exceeding the expectations of every client she represents.
