Inside Sales Representative – Global Wire & Cable Manufacturer

Location: Lockport, IL (In-Office)
Salary: $70,000–$80,000 + 25% Bonus

Are you looking for a dynamic sales role with a global wire & cable manufacturer? We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Lockport, IL. This is an in-office position, supporting industries such as Utilities, Mining, Renewable Energy, Portable Power Generation, Stage Lighting, and Heavy Industrial Segments.

What You’ll Do:

Support outside sales staff while building and maintaining relationships with clients in your assigned region.
Follow up on all sales opportunities and track key metrics for month-end reporting.
Actively input and manage supplier data in our CRM system.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the electrical industry.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with CRM systems and reporting.
