I’m representing a rapidly growing Lighting Manufacturer based in California looking to hire a remote Inside Sales Representative to build quotes, engage with customers, and maintain CRM integrity. The target base compensation is between $60-80k.

Ideal candidates will have a background in electrical or lighting manufacturing, experience working in Salesforce, and a customer-focused team player attitude.

My client is a smaller, innovative lighting manufacturing company with a strong reputation among their territories and a fun work environment. Most of the team works remotely, creating a collaborative team environment with few distractions.
