Pati is working on an exciting confidential leadership opportunity with a growing privately held manufacturer based in the Houston, TX area. We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead a high-performing team and drive strategic growth across key markets.

About the Role:
As the Sales Director, you’ll oversee a team of 14 professionals, including inside sales, regional sales, and customer service support. Your mission will be to develop and execute sales strategies that ensure company goals are met while fostering team alignment and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement growth strategies tailored to market needs, ensuring profitability and sales success.
  • Lead pricing strategies informed by market analysis and intelligence.
  • Mentor and guide your team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
  • Strengthen and expand client relationships across the region, with a focus on key industrial segments like wastewater, renewable energy, and oil & gas.

Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of experience in sales management within wholesale distribution or industrial manufacturing.
  • Expertise in industrial markets, including wastewater, renewable energy, or oil & gas sectors.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to align and inspire a diverse team.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive Base Salary: $165,000–$200,000
  • Performance Bonus: 25–35%
  • Mileage reimbursement, medical benefits, and 401(k).
