Are you looking for a VP of Sales role where you’ll make high level executive decisions and drive a culture change to foster a sales team that’s aggressive and driven to sales growth, gaining new accounts and closing sales? You’ll manage a team of 3 RSM’s across the country to help them work with the rep agencies to set goals and help the agencies achieve those goals. They are looking for someone that wants to be involved in helping to grow the company and help define and implement the strategy for the sales team and sales process. They are the price and volume leader because of their vertical integration and more eco-friendly. They manufacture in the US! They are a collaborative team, where everyone pitches in, with less bureaucracy, and everyone gets along.
