3 Phase UPS Outside Sales – Toronto and throughout Ontario, Canada.

I am representing North America’s largest independent provider of electrical power quality equipment and services. They are a privately held, family run rep agency with an organizational culture that is entrepreneurial by design. Sales professionals are trusted, supported, and given real control over their business. Leadership is accessible, flexible, and open to new ideas, new products, and new approaches.

We are looking to add a proven 3 Phase UPS outside sales professional based in the Toronto area and responsible for all of Ontario. This is not an entry level role. The need is for someone proven in the industry who understands mission critical power, has sold 3 Phase UPS systems, and is comfortable working directly with customers in technical environments such as data centers, healthcare, laboratories, and other critical facilities.

The right person is a true hunter and looks at an uncapped compensation plan and immediately knows they can win. This role is designed for a salesperson who wants autonomy, accountability, and upside. There is no micromanagement and no artificial limits. Salespeople control their costs, manage their margins, and build their territory the way they see fit.

Base salary for the role is $60k CAD plus uncapped commission. You are paid on bookings and again once the customer pays. Earnings are two percent up to quota and one percent above quota. The annual quota for this role is $1.2M CAD. Most salespeople perform in the two-to-three-million-dollar range, with top performers significantly higher. The highest producing salesperson currently runs at twelve million dollars annually.

The role touches all verticals and is not limited by manufacturer lines or rigid rules. The company is product and service focused and values people who can walk into a customer environment, understand the real problem, and design a solution rather than push a single box. There is particular interest in strengthening engineering driven and data center design build opportunities in Ontario, and candidates who are highly technical and comfortable in those conversations will thrive.

This position reports directly to senior leadership, with a direct line to decision makers.
