I’m partnering with an innovative lighting controls manufacturer on a confidential search for a Business Development Manager.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys opening doors, developing relationships and turning early design conversations into business. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the commercial growth strategy, backed by a collaborative global team and strong technical support.

The focus:

• Build new business across architectural, hospitality, retail and other commercial markets.
• Develop relationships with lighting designers, architects, consultants and integrators.
• Create partnerships with fixture manufacturers that incorporate control technology into their solutions.
• Guide opportunities from concept and specification through purchase.

Who would thrive here?

Someone with commercial or architectural lighting, lighting controls, dynamic lighting or AV integration experience who understands specification selling and enjoys creating opportunities through proactive outreach.

Direct pixel-control experience is a plus; technical training is provided. Curiosity, initiative, follow-through and a collaborative approach matter.
