I’ve been retained by a highly respected privately held lighting manufacturer seeking a President to lead the company through its next phase of growth, organizational development, and leadership transition.

The business generates approximately $50 million in revenue today, is profitable, debt-free, financially strong, and has invested significantly in the infrastructure, operations, product development, and leadership foundation required to support substantially greater scale.

The ownership group is seeking an executive who has successfully built, scaled, and led a manufacturing or lighting-related business and can bring stronger commercial execution, organizational alignment, and growth leadership to the organization.
