As Product Manager you will work to create efficient, sustainable, attractive architectural products which improve quality of life – nothing less.

Your role involves taking product vision and strategy and working with key internal and external stakeholders to develop the product from concept to a completed, commercially successful conclusion.

Full life cycle of course, from new product ideation to sunsetting products at the right time.

You will:

• Collaborate to create the product vision by understanding the market, technology and competitors.
• Lead the creation of product roadmaps, pricing strategy, product launches, through skilled influencing and negotiation.
• Coordinate the creation of accurate product marketing documentation, specifications, installation instructions & photometry files.
• Monitor and report on product performance metrics to senior team.
• Ensure the commercial success of each product through effective product life cycle management.
• Create internal training programs, as well as training for specifiers, agents and clients.

Do you have:

• A Business or Lighting-related degree, OR equivalent work experience and training
• 4+ years in Lighting Product Management
• Strong PM skills and a sound knowledge of indoor and outdoor architectural lighting manufacturing.
• Proven experience with lighting layouts, schematics, blueprints.
• People skills to inspire confidence in internal and external collaborators, leading to strong, positive working relationships and effective outcomes.
