Are you an established Quotations Specialist based in Virginia looking to work for a busy and well-respected Lighting Rep? I’m working with a leading Lighting Agency looking to hire a Lighting Quotations Specialist to quote and manage projects specified within the agency and on the open bid market. You’ll be the market trend eyes and ears of the organization and assist in developing internal company processes to manage in-house projects better and increase the bid success rate.

We are looking for someone with:

• 3+ years of electrical/ lighting quotations experience.
• A career focus and determination to thrive in the commercial lighting industry.
• Strong leadership qualities while being a friendly communicator and team player.
• Previous experience working with commercial lighting controls.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong distribution and contractor relationships in the VA market.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft, OASIS, & cloud-based systems.
• Strong understanding of lighting specifications and controls with an engineering mindset. Experience working with visual controls and putting photometrics together is a plus!

This Quotes Specialist will report directly to the company Principal and have the opportunity to take on expanded responsibility in an established and growing company. The base salary is $80k+
