The ideal candidate brings substantial experience leading commercial or industrial electrical construction in the field. You know how to manage crews, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, resolve conflicts, and keep projects moving despite changing conditions. You are equally comfortable reviewing drawings, interpreting specifications, conducting site walks, and making critical decisions that support both productivity and quality.
