Egret Consulting is conducting an executive search for a President to lead an industry-leading wire and cable manufacturing business with manufacturing facilities and approximately 500 employees.

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven executive who can drive profitable growth, operational excellence, and cultural transformation while building a high-performing leadership team.

What We’re Looking For:

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in large-scale manufacturing, commodity based copper, aluminum or steel preferred.
• Proven success managing a $500M+ P&L
• Experience leading multi-plant, high-volume manufacturing operations.
• Strong commercial leadership with electrical distribution, industrial, or national retail customers.
• Expertise in Lean manufacturing, financial performance, and continuous improvement.
• An inspirational leader who builds accountability, develops talent, and drives results.
