Inside Sales – FULLY REMOTE – Electrical Distributor

I am representing a rapidly growing, family-owned electrical distributor that is expanding its Inside Sales team due to increased project volume across commercial construction, healthcare, infrastructure, and emerging technology markets. With continued growth tied to large scale projects nationwide, the company is actively adding experienced sales talent in multiple regions across the U.S.

This is a fully remote opportunity designed for individuals who already understand the electrical distribution space and know how to build business through relationships, industry awareness, and strong customer communication. The organization is especially interested in sales professionals who can bring existing contractor relationships, project exposure, or established books of business into the role.

Inside Sales representatives will manage both inbound and outbound activity, inherit existing accounts, and be expected to grow new business through relationship development and project tracking. Opportunities currently span major commercial developments, hospitals, data driven infrastructure, hospitality projects, and long-term construction initiatives across the country.

Compensation is highly flexible and built around experience level, industry relationships, and account potential. Individuals with larger project exposure or national account experience will be viewed differently than those focused on smaller local contractor relationships. Base salary will vary significantly depending on background, and the company also offers performance driven bonus opportunities tied to sales activity and account growth.
