A multi-billion-dollar global industrial electrical component manufacturer is making a major investment in U.S. manufacturing operations and launching a new Texas-based division focused on low-voltage cable production — from thermoplastic products to thermoset wire drawing operations. (Relocation is available)

This is not a maintenance role.

What You’ll Do

As the operational leader, you will:

• Build and lead manufacturing operations across production, engineering, and process functions
• Drive quality, reliability, and consistent product delivery
• Develop KPIs, operational strategy, and scalable manufacturing systems
• Champion lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead automation and Industry 4.0 implementation efforts
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team
• Establish operational standards focused on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Partner closely with executive leadership on long-term strategic growth

This role requires someone who can think strategically while remaining deeply connected to the factory floor and daily execution.

• Comfortable building teams and processes from scratch
• Experienced in manufacturing leadership environments
• Passionate about operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Skilled in lean manufacturing, automation, and quality systems
• Able to inspire teams while holding high standards
• Energized by challenge, ambiguity, and growth

Experience in wire & cable, electrical components, industrial manufacturing, plastics, thermoset/thermoplastic operations, or related manufacturing environments is highly valued.

Salary is open for the right person – $150-200K is starting range. Full benefits, 401K, Relocation available
