What You’ll Do

• Lead new product qualifications from concept to production
• Analyze and ensure signal quality performance (especially CAT 3 cable)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Engineering and Plant Operations
• Work hands-on with advanced manufacturing and testing lab equipment
• Drive innovation with new materials and processes

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with CAT 3 cable (required)
• Electrical Engineering background preferred
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Ability to thrive in a diverse workplace
