I am looking a National Sales Manager to lead business development and accelerate growth for a highly customized engineered wire and cable business generating approximately $20M in annual revenue. Must Relocate to the Florida area.
This role is designed for a commercial leader with strong technical sales capability and business acumen who can drive market expansion while partnering closely with engineering, operations, and leadership. The National Sales Manager will play a key role in developing the future growth engine (“flywheel”) of the business by identifying new opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and converting technical capabilities into long-term revenue growth.
This position offers a path toward expanded leadership responsibilities, potentially evolving into full business P&L leadership within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Growth
- Drive national sales growth through proactive business development and strategic account expansion.
- Build relationships with OEMs, engineering teams, and procurement leaders.
- Customers are OEM in the household appliance, energy, industrial, HVAC, automotive and aerospace market
- Manage a team of inside and outside sales
- 8–15+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, or commercial leadership within manufacturing.
- Experience selling custom engineered products (wire, cable, electronics, industrial components, or similar).
- Demonstrated success growing revenue in complex technical sales environments.
- Experience working with OEM customers and engineering-driven sales cycles.
Salary range – $150-175,000 Base + bonus
