I’m partnering with a growing lighting manufacturer to identify a hands-on Product Management Leader to oversee multiple product brands and lead a team of 3 people focused on product strategy, roadmap execution, and market growth across North America.

This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoys developing new product lines, developing teams, and driving business growth with the backing of a larger organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a team of Product/Category Specialists

• Drive product roadmap, lifecycle management, and SKU rationalization initiatives
• Partner closely with sales, sourcing, engineering, and operations teams
• Identify market trends, portfolio gaps, and growth opportunities
• Support go-to-market strategies and new product introductions
• Work with global manufacturing and sourcing partners

Ideal Background:

• Product Management, Category Management, Marketing, or Engineering experience
• Lighting industry experience highly preferred
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
• Ability to operate with autonomy and initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with sourcing/manufacturing partnerships is a plus
