My client is a rapidly growing lighting manufacturer that is continuing to invest in its operations. They’re looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead and elevate their quality function while partnering directly with the COO and cross-functional leadership.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building, not just maintaining. The foundation has been established, but they’re looking for a leader who can strengthen quality systems, improve supplier quality, enhance inspection processes, drive root cause and corrective actions, support UL compliance, and continue developing best practices as the company grows.

A few highlights:

• Lead the company’s quality function and manage a team of 2 Quality Inspectors
• Report directly to the COO with high visibility across the organization
• Play a key role in improving quality systems, SOPs, and supplier quality
• Partner closely with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Operations
• Opportunity to influence quality standards across multiple manufacturing locations as the company continues to grow
• Path for future advancement into a Director-level role as the company expands

They’re looking for someone with a strong manufacturing quality background, ideally within lighting, electrical, electronics, or a related industry. An engineering background or technical mindset is highly valued but not required.

They offer a salary in the $110K-$120K range, with some flexibility for an exceptional candidate.
