My client is a well-established, highly respected Canadian organization that has built a strong reputation for delivering complex, integrated electrical solutions across North America. For decades, they have supported demanding applications across energy and industrial markets, earning trust through technical expertise, execution, and long-term partnerships.

They are not new to the industry, but they are entering a new phase of growth.

With a strategic expansion into the United States underway, including manufacturing operations being established in Houston, the foundation is in place. The next step is building a commercial presence that can translate capability into sustained growth.

This is where the right individual makes all the difference. We are looking for a proven industry sales professional to step into a Regional and / or National Sales position.

This is for a person who understands how to build a market, not just sell into one. Someone who brings credibility, relationships, and a clear understanding of how business is developed across oil and gas, renewables, data centers, and industrial markets.

This is a strategic role with real ownership. You will be responsible for developing and executing a US growth strategy, identifying target accounts, building key partnerships, and creating momentum that establishes a strong and lasting market presence.

The ideal candidate is based in Houston, aligning with the company’s future manufacturing footprint and long-term plans. That said, we are open to the right person regardless of location if you bring a strong network, industry reputation, and the ability to create access and opportunity.

If you are a mid-career professional with proven experience in Switchgear and Power Distribution who has already demonstrated you can perform at a high level, but is now looking for something more entrepreneurial, we must talk! I’m seeking someone who wants to take what they know, who they know, and build something meaningful.

You will be given the autonomy to run in this role while having the support of a well-established, hugely respected organization, to shape how the business grows in the US.
