We’re looking for a Senior Product Engineer to support and continuously improve their existing line of specification-grade architectural lighting products.

This isn’t simply sustaining engineering.

You’ll be the go-to technical resource for product improvements, custom solutions, controls integration, manufacturing support, customer technical questions, and future product enhancements while helping shape the direction of the engineering organization.

This position offers a clear path toward Engineering Management, as the current Engineering Manager has over 20 years with the company and retirement is on the horizon.

What they’re looking for

• 7+ years of lighting engineering experience
• Strong SolidWorks skills
• Product engineering and sustaining engineering experience
• Experience with lighting controls
• Strong understanding of LED fixtures, manufacturing, UL requirements, and commercial lighting systems
• Someone who enjoys solving technical challenges and collaborating across engineering, production, sales, and customer support
