We are seeking a proven Switchgear Estimator / Quotations Specialist who is ready to step into a leadership role. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of estimators focused on large-scale switchgear projects.

• Review technical drawings and specifications to develop accurate, competitive quotations.

• Partner with contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure value, accuracy, and compliance.

• Oversee pricing, negotiation, and project coordination through to final delivery.

• Support business growth by maintaining strong customer and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in switchgear estimation, quotations, or related technical roles.

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical distribution and switchgear systems.

• Demonstrated leadership skills.

• Proven success managing multiple projects with precision and efficiency.

• Based in the Mid-Atlantic region (relocation assistance available for qualified candidates).
