Pati is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join an established manufacturer of electrical products near Newark NJ. They make wall plates, box covers, weatherproof products, and conduit bodies sold through independent sales representative agencies across North America.

This position goes far beyond traditional inside sales. You’ll become a key partner to customers, sales representatives, and management while gaining hands-on experience with account management, project quotations, sales analytics, marketing initiatives, buying groups, national accounts, and customer support.

You’ll work directly with independent sales rep agencies, electrical distributors, contractors, and customers while supporting a variety of sales and marketing initiatives. The role offers exposure to nearly every aspect of the sales process and business operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and growing customer accounts while supporting outside sales initiatives
• Developing project quotations and supporting customer specifications
• Analyzing sales data and providing insights to sales representatives
• Supporting buying groups, national chains, and independent sales agencies
• Preparing for industry meetings such as NEMRA and AD events
• Assisting with marketing materials and social media initiatives
• Providing proactive customer support and order management

Ideal Background

We’re looking for candidates with experience in:
• Electrical distribution, industrial supply, HVAC, manufacturing, or related B2B industries
• Inside sales, customer service, account management, procurement, or sales support
• Manufacturer representative firms, distributors, or manufacturing environments

Additional Details

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (with some flexibility)
